We truly hope you fall in love with our whole leaf tea! But if it’s not your cup of tea, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer store credit to help you discover a blend you love.

We accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error (such as receiving a damaged, missing, or incorrect item).

To receive full credit, all returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale. We’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products, including the tea set bundle.

If your order arrived damaged, if something is missing, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.
