We truly hope you fall in love with every cup of Royal Blends Co. If it's not quite your cup of tea, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue full store credit so you can discover another blend you'll love.

To begin a return, simply contact us before sending your order back. We'll provide return instructions and process your store credit once your return has been received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a Royal Blends Co. error.

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll gladly provide a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable) and make things right at no additional cost to you.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, returned items must be:

• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

Because our teas are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.
